Employees, who know what has to be done and how to be done are the most valuable asset of every company. The needed knowledge usually related to the company`s business processes and the products and solutions which are used are in the focus of the company.

The retail industry has very special requirements. The following characteristics make it even more difficult:

• High number of employees
• Multinational environment
• High fluctuation of the employees
• In average, a low level of education

In addition, the retail environment has many complex business processes and uses a lot of different tools. When the products which are sold are also complex, the demand for an effective and regularly used training tool is mandatory.
